Company Description
As the Head of Media Network, you'll be the driving force behind Red Bull’s communication strategy in the Czech Republic. A key member of the Czech Marketing Leadership Team, you’ll lead a core team of four direct reports and manage a wider group of external collaborators.You’ll oversee all aspects of content creation, social media strategy, and influencer (creator) management, ensuring Red Bull stays ahead in media innovation and audience engagement. Your strategic vision will shape how Red Bull communicates with consumers across social platforms, owned channels, and third-party media.
Job Description
Lead the TeamManage, develop, and inspire your direct team and external partners to deliver cutting-edge content and communication strategies aligned with Red Bull’s global and local objectives.
Strategic Planning
Play a key role in the Czech Marketing Leadership Team, contributing to annual business planning and leading the communication strategy for the market, owning how will the consumer hear about us. Ensure Red Bull’s media and 3rd party presence is consistently relevant, innovative, and impactful. Always with the consumer in the heart.
Content Creation & Social Media
Lead the creation and distribution of ‘beyond the ordinary’ content across platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, and more. Collaborate with your team, wider Marketing team and external partners to create engaging stories that resonate with local audiences.
Media Relations & Communication
Build and maintain strong partnerships with media outlets to amplify Red Bull’s reach. Drive external communication strategies to ensure consistent, impactful storytelling across all channels.
Influencer (Creator) Management
Partner with creators to tell authentic stories that connect with Red Bull's audience. Identify new talent and work closely with them to develop engaging, original content.
Data-Driven Insights
Leverage insights and data to constantly evolve your media strategy, adapting to changes in consumer behavior and media consumption habits.
Qualifications
- A senior communication professional with at least 8 years of experience in communications, media or strategy within media-led companies.
- Proven track record in leading teams and managing media content and distribution strategies.
- Strong understanding of the Czech media landscape and consumer behavior.
- Deep network of media partners, production companies, and creative talents.
- Creative mindset with a passion for content, storytelling, and digital platforms.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, both within your team and with external partners.
- Ability to think strategically, with a strong focus on innovation and audience engagement.
- Perfect command of both Czech and English, orally and in writing.
