Junior Customer Specialist with German (entry level) | RELOCATION TO CZECH REPUBLIC

What duties will help you to grow?
-
delivering high-quality customer service,
-
maintaining relationships with clients through various communication channels: phone, chat, email,
-
providing information about the current company's offerings and recommending the best solutions for the client's needs,
-
assisting clients with issues related to reservations, payments, services,
- recording reservations,
- monitoring data in the computer system.
What is needed to apply?
- excellent command of English and German or Polish (C1 level preferred),
- enthusiasm, positive energy, and ease in establishing contact with the customer,
- willingness to work on shifts (rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM),
- experience in a customer service-related position- will be a plus! But if you are just starting your career, don't worry! We are waiting for you!
