About My Q
My Q creates print and document management solutions that put users’ digitalized workflows within easy reach. My Q solutions – the flagship My Q X and innovative My Q Roger – are multi-vendor by design, mobile friendly, and ready to work regardless of an organization’s network or fleet size.
My Q is based in Prague, Czech Republic, and has a global network of distributors.
Your mission and main task will be defining functionalities and new features and their implementation together with the development team. You will participate in standups, sprint planning and prepare tasks for members of our development team. Your daily routine will include backlog prioritization and further communication with colleagues from your team as well as from other departments (sales, support, marketing). Together with other stakeholders, you will help define and fulfill the long-term product strategy.
What we expect from you:

• proven experience in the role of Product Owner, Product Manager or similar position
• ability to specify the necessary tasks, motivate the team and follow a goal
• feeling for design, know how to design UX/UI and be familiar with tools for creating design and prototypes such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or Framer
• experience with agile project management and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• ability to create a new function from crazy ideas and brainstorming and oversee its implementation
• technical type who gets into detail and can lead an informed discussion with the team
• communicative person who can solve the problems with different representatives - from salespeople to developers
• organized manager who can effectively plan, set a roadmap and ensure that deadlines are met
• decision maker between important and less important tasks to prioritize duties for the team
• analytical person who can critically evaluate information, read between the lines, identify problems, or look for innovative solutions
• strategic and business-wise to be able to assess the economic importance of ideas and realize that time is a valuable resource
• startup mindset – you can quickly adapt to changes in the project, you can learn from mistakes and come up with ideas
• Your English is at least B2 level

• We apply a "freedom and responsibility" approach. We don't have timesheets, we won't breathe down your neck, you are responsible for delivering quality results, meeting deadlines and constantly improving.
• We prefer the on-site model of cooperation due to the large need of cooperation and agility. Home office is possible upon agreement in the team.
• We will support you in further education and growth, whether in the form of company language courses or paid courses or seminars.
