For our client, an international pharmaceutical company located in Prague 9 (Horní Počernice), we are looking for a Junior Regulatory Affair Specialist.

Tasks

• Preparation, processing and completing of documentation for new registrations of medical devices, changes, extensions, transfers – reimbursements in Czech Republic and Slovakia
• Monitoring and knowledge of Health Economics system CZ/SK and related legislation.
• Communication with state institutions and business partners
• Collaboration with the sales team and other departments of our company.
• Responsible for the creation, administration and maintenance of price lists and Retail prices of the company products in closed cooperation with sales managers

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education
• Experience in the medical devices sector for such a position is an advantage
• Knowledge of regulatory documentation and legislation relating to medical devices is an advantage
• Intermediate English language skills and fluent Czech language
• Working with common MS Office applications
• Service-oriented working style and customers
• Accurate, careful and independent work
• High level of team work
• Organizational skills
