Junior S&OP Analyst - opportunity for university students

Swisspearl Czech Republic a.s. is a leading manufacturer of fiber cement roofing and part of the Swiss Swisspearl Group. To strengthen our S&OP team, we are looking for a suitable candidate for a part-time position.

o you want to gain experience with one of the leaders in fiber cement production?
Tasks:
- Assist with demand and supply planning analysis
- Support data collection and reporting for inventory and production planning
- Prepare and update S&OP reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, supply chain) to gather necessary information for forecasts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team interaction
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage
- Ability to work part-time balancing academic commitments
- Basic understanding of supply chain concepts (demand forecasting, inventory management) is a plus but can be taught
- Part-time job (around 15-20 hours per week)
- Partial home office/1-2x per week work in office in Beroun
- Flexible working hours to accommodate your studies
- Mentorship and learning opportunities in the field of S&OP
Plat: 280,00Kč - 300,00Kč (za hodinu)
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
