KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – FIELD SALES (M/F)
Based in Jažlovice near Prague
MISSION

  • In the Sales Department, you will reinforce the Commercial Team, acting for the Czech Republic & Slovakia cluster.
  • Your role will be to develop loyalty and expand, within the region, a portfolio of Key Customers Accounts identified as strategic in the Group in line with sales strategy to make best overall logistics offer. You will also further develop portfolio of clients in your region. You will be the single point of contact with customers and coordinate with various internal functions.


YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop commercial strategy and implementation of the action plans related with concrete scope of industrial businesses (automotive, retail, life science and other);
  • Create new commercial opportunities and prepare new business cases, search for new businesses, new projects, new products and new solutions in your area and contract management of existing businesses;
  • Sustain the good existing business network in your area and supporting partnership with existing key accounts, support regional synergies;
  • Consult and coordinate your customers;
  • Foster effective interaction and communication chain between company's departments, subsidiaries, key customers and industrial actors in order to manage projects efficiently;
  • Conduct negotiations concerning pricing, quantity and delivery times, issuing reports;
  • Draw up offerings in cooperation with the Sales Department;
  • Ensure complete and transparent documentation background, timely and accurate reporting in CRM system and other tools.
PROFILE
  • Higher education degree or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales of various services;
  • Knowledge of logistics/transportation industry, freight forwarding market and products
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of sales principles, techniques, pricing methods, as well as development of commercial agreements and contracts;
  • Strong client-orientation and business communication skills;
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken;
  • Confident PC user with good analytical skills and accuracy;
  • Desire and ability to develop;
  • Proactivity, purposefulness, innovation and results oriented;
  • Punctuality, time and priorities management;
  • Availability for business travel (up to 50% of working time) in Slovakia and Czech Republic.
