Student Recruitment
The Live Chat and Administrative Coordinator role sits within our Student Recruitment Team who is responsible for recruiting and sourcing future students and servicing all prospective students with full adherence to Arden University’s admissions policies. They are the central point of contact for all applications and will support and guide them through the full lifecycle of the enrolment process.
The Role
As a Live Chat and Administrative Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students looking to study with Arden via the live chat function on the Arden website and CRM. The role will also act as a support with general queries and perform administrative duties relating to the ‘refer a friend’ application process and student recruitment function.

About You:
We would like to hear from applicants who have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in IT.
• Experience in planning and prioritising a number of complex operational activities and deadlines in a changing environment and under pressure.
