We’re looking for an experienced People Director to lead and implement our people agenda across Slevomat, Zlavomat, and Skrz. You’ll work closely with the Group People Team and the Group Chief People Officer, and act as a trusted advisor to leaders, offering advice, guidance, and support to drive organizational performance.
As part of your role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that employee engagement, performance, and team effectiveness are managed across Slevomat Group.

What you’ll be working on:

• Leading the people agenda for Slevomat, Zlavomat, and Skrz, directly impacting around 400 passionate colleagues
• Collaborating with leadership teams and people colleagues from Secret Escapes and Travelist - including our people team centres of excellent: Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and People Services and Reward teams
• Managing a team of 5, including People Partners and Office Management
• Partnering with the Employee Experience Partner to roll out development programs
• Ensuring employee engagement remains high through surveys and initiatives
• Supporting effective performance conversations within teams
• Working closely with the Reward and People Services teams to implement the Slevomat Group Reward approach

What we need from you:

• Solid experience in HR, including knowledge of organisational design, employment law, and HR policies.
• Ability to use data to influence decision-making
• Expertise in Czech and Slovak employment law
• Proven track record as an HR generalist, especially in managing business change projects
• A professional HR qualification or working toward one
• Fluent in English
