This position is part of our Global Internship Program, allowing new talents to show themselves, improve, and thrive with our support. It is an on-site paid internship in Brno in The Czech Republic. The length is limited – for 3 months, from the 1st of July 2024 until the 30th of September 2024, for full-time employment – 40 hours per week. This internship cannot be done remotely.
We work in hybrid mode 3+2, at least 3 days at the office and 2 days at the home office.
The location of our office is Holandská 873/6, Brno – Štýřice, 639 00.
We employ only as FTE (HPP), temporary.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our IT team as a Program Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the success of our digital initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Support the development and implementation of new systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Will to learn.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 6 days of vacation
