We are seeking a skilled and motivated Public Affairs Manager

to join our team and one of the most loved brand worldwide.

In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding interests of our consumers, customers and of our business, enhancing our corporate reputation, and engaging with various stakeholders, including industry associations, NGOs, and public and government entities. You will be expected to lead and collaborate in line with our Company Values with many other internal stakeholders to achieve the above mentioned goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Protect business interests and build corporate reputation among public, NGO, and academic sectors.
Set agendas and co-create positions for various industry associations for both local and EU legislative acts.
Engage with key stakeholders and support senior leadership team members in their external relations.
Monitor threats and opportunities for the Public Affairs agenda both internally and externally.
Build and strengthen networks outside of the company with various stakeholders.
Support the circular economy agenda of drink industry.
Collaborate with the Sustainability Manager to leverage sustainability initiatives for enhancing external reputation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience in public affairs or related fields.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Czech.
Highly advanced proficiency in English (both oral and written).
Strong understanding of the public sector and political landscape in the Czech Republic and EU.
Extensive network of contacts across various stakeholder groups in the Czech Republic.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Power Point and Excel.
Valid driver's license (Category B).
