QA Automation Engineer

Over the years, we have moved from being a spot market trader and supplier of clean green energy to an aggregator of flexibility - and we have been fully committed to this since 2017. We can remotely manage large appliances and generation resources to make them as profitable as possible for their owners, while also helping to smooth out fluctuations in the grid.
We started in the Czech Republic but gradually expanded to other countries - Croatia and Romania. Our company currently consists of over 50 energy experts.
From the end of 2023, we are part of the Czech energy group Second Foundation.
What would you work on?
- Enhance and further develop our automation testing suite in C# and Python.
- Prepare data driven-tests for M2M communication and control, such as integration between internal and 3rd-party services.
- Cooperate closely with teams of skilled developers and analysts.
- Opportunity to drive the overall process and the quality of QA with a perspective to develop into a leading role.
- Gain a deep understanding of the platform and cutting-edge tech stack.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Continuously improve testing processes.
- You have the mind of a programmer, and you have experience with programming - we develop in C# and Python.
- Ideally, you have a Computer Science Degree.
- You are familiar with testing methodologies, automated testing principles, and frameworks (such as Python's pytest and x Unit in C#).
- Automated testing is what you want to do.
