Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Restaurant Host/ess to join our Cotto Crudo restaurant team.

About the role:
Cotto Crudo Restaurant requires to have a communicative person, who is able to react on guest's wishes immediately and in a quality that exceeds guest’s expectation.

What You will do:
You will be welcoming guests and taking care of them during their visit in cooperation with a team of servers. You will be responsible for the reservations that are going through the reservation system or via phone. You will be in close contact with our Front Desk, Kitchen and Sales & Marketing team to ensure a memorable experience is created for each guest.

What You will bring:

• Previous experience in the same or similar position in a fine dining restaurant or in the fast paced hotel environment is a plus.
• A hospitality approach and a passion for service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation.
• Outstanding communications skills. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Czech languages is required.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. AM & PM shifts for 8,5 hour, 5 days per week.
• Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, Internet and Micros.
• Must have EU work authorization.

This job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the country of Czech Republic. This position is offered for a defined period of time of 12 months with a possibility of extension to unlimited contract based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months.
