What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, or business,

• 3+ years of sourcing / category management experience, including contracting,

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools,

• Experience with SRM systems.

• Experience in indirect procurement in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry,

• Experience in working in multi-national companies with diverse culture,

• Fluency in additional European language (Spanish, French…),

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.

• High level of analytical skills,

• High level of proactiveness and ownership,

• Strong interpersonal skills, communication, presentation and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
