Main Purpose of the role
To ensure all work is completed to the customer’s total satisfaction. To project manage all work to an end from a customer service perspective working with various departments within the business. To deliver technical and machine-based training to both new and existing field service engineers across EMEA and other internal stakeholders at our training facilities.

To actively develop professional working practices with other members of the teams.
To maintain a good standard of appearance at all times.
To take all due care and attention with regard to your own health and safety at work and be mindful of that of others;
To uphold and exemplify the company values and commitment to quality in all your working practice and interactions with colleagues and customers;
To undertake all tasks within your level of skill and ability that are commensurate with the post.
What skills are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will have technical / engineering degree (or relevant working experience, have excellent communication skills, able to convey and assimilate complex information and have extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical disciplines. You must be IT Literate, have excellent administration, organisation, and planning skills.
Desirable but not essential:
You must be fluent in English.

Primary Responsibilities
- To install and commission Ishida equipment.
- To repair Ishida equipment effectively.
- To report effectively to all departments within the company.
- To ensure the customer is always informed of the current situation.
- To sort out all issues through communication with the service helpdesk.
- To work within the stated budget of the job.
- To report effectively any issues arising.
- To work with new products.
- To attend exhibitions as and when required.
- To do any service work when requested by the helpdesk.
- To complete all work within a stated time frame whenever possible and work to tight deadlines.
- To communicate with the service helpdesk and appropriate team leaders effectively.
- To ensure all faults are logged on the internal PIN system.
- To be available at all times during contracted hours where phone signals allow.
- To be willing to work a reasonable amount of overtime including weekends to meet the business needs.
- To report to your team leader regularly.
- To communicate in an effective manner with other departments within the company.
- To attend meetings as and when required.
- To aid the team with customers’ issues as required.
- To work in line with company procedures.
- To aim to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- To work with customer focussed applications.

- Demonstrable experience gained within a food, engineering or manufacturing industry
- Technical training delivery
- Experience within a field service-based role
- Proven experience of machine installation, fault finding and repair
