As Supply Chain Operations Support Intern you’ll interact with CMO supply chain, customer service and planification organizations, functional units within External Manufacturing Global (procurement, finance, quality/regulatory, technical and transfer, KAM, Strategic Portfolio Managers), Sanofi sites, Global Supply Chain, Sanofi Affiliates, and other organizations within the industrial network.
The Supply Chain Team is ensuring compliance with internal requirements and to supply intermediates, raw material, active ingredient, and finished products with quality/regulatory standards, within agreed time frames and at expected quantities and costs.

Main responsibilities:
Transport Administration

• Support Supply Chain Managers in all activities related to transportation orders (such as transport, outsourced services etc…) Create orders and post Receipts for all transport services based on Supply Chain Requests Follow-up on Transport Purchase Orders to ensure proper Budget visibility Act as a key User to support Supply Chain team in case of questions related to Invoicing tools

Supply Operations Support Projects

• Support Supply Operations Support team in ad-hoc projects defined with Supply Chain team Power Bi Deployment Support with Supply Chain Digital expert.

About you

• Active University student in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Science (ideally starting 2nd or 3rd year of University education) studying in Czech Republic
• curiosity, reactivity, autonomy, detail oriented, team working.
• Personality with strong delivery skills and focused on results
• Well organized and a can do attitude
• Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point
• Advanced English . French is an advantage
