The maternity position will cover 15-month position with possibility of full-time employment.

The Position

As an QC Professional you will be responsible for supporting the laboratory technicians with the analytical work in the laboratory, through guidance and coaching. You will also work in close collaboration with the chemists in the team and ensure that the analytical performance and equipment live up to industry standards and c GMP.

The analytical teams consist of academics and laboratory technicians and the core tasks for the teams are:

Timely delivery of analytical results to our stakeholders to secure the quality of the Novo Nordisk drug products.

Participation and facilitation of various systematic problem solving related to the laboratory work.

Continuous improvement and optimization of our processes using LEAN principles.

Development and implementation of new digital and automated solutions in current processes.

Qualifications

We value the following competencies in our new colleague:

You are a chemist, biologist, pharmacist, engineer or have similar background.

It is considered an advantage, if you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry and that you are used to work in accordance with c GMP.

You are professionally proficient in both written and spoken Danish and English.

Flair and interest in acquiring knowledge of new technologies.

Soft skills

You have a persistent interest in new technologies, and innovation. You are responsible, dedicated, and eager to learn new things. You have the courage to solve new types of tasks both individually and in close collaboration with your colleagues and stake holders.

About the department

The QC department consists of 72 employees divided into 4 teams. We perform a wide range of chemical drug product analyzes, as well as mechanical injection tests on insulin pens. We work with many stakeholders across the organization and have a broad interface with other QC areas in Novo Nordisk.
