AI Search Optimization Specialist

On behalf of our client in the pharmaceutical industry, emagine is seeking an AI Search Optimization Specialist for a 3 month contract. The consultant will focus on refining and enhancing AI search capabilities within the Service Now platform, with a primary emphasis on improving self-service functionalities.
Responsibilities:

Optimize AI Search Algorithms: Enhance user experience through the optimization of AI search algorithms.

Analyze Search Performance Data: Identify areas for improvement by analyzing search performance data.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Integrate search solutions by collaborating with various teams.

Monitor and Refine Search Systems: Continuously refine and monitor search systems for improvement.

Conduct Search Tuning: Ensure optimal relevance and performance through search tuning.

Skills Required

Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in working with large datasets to extract insights and make informed decisions.

Information Retrieval: Understanding of search engines, indexing, and ranking methods.

Natural Language Processing (NLP): Knowledge of NLP techniques and libraries such as NLTK, spa Cy, or Tensor Flow's NLP tools.

Database Management: Proficiency in querying data using SQL or similar query languages.

Dashboard Analytics: Experience with data visualization and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Machine Learning: Familiarity with machine learning concepts as applied to search relevance and result ranking.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Service Now and programming languages like Python, R, or Java.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to search performance and accuracy.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and search technologies.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years in AI search optimization or a related field, involving data analysis and search optimization within AI-driven search technologies.
Start Date: 1st of November 2024
Duration: 3 months
Work Location: Ballerup, Denmark (Hybrid)
