Corporate Finance is a cornerstone of KPMG’s vision to become the clear choice within professional services in Denmark and support shareholders, senior executives and the Board of Directors with our capabilities and expertise within deal advisory. Our services comprise M&A advisory and Valuation services and we work closely together across service lines in Denmark and with our colleagues across KPMG’s global network with more than 2,500 Corporate Finance professionals in 80 countries.
With more than 2,660 transactions since 2017, we are the leading global mid-market M&A and Corporate Finance advisor globally, providing our services to shareholders, corporates, private equity funds, and executives on exciting M&A engagements.
The position
As an analyst your primary tasks will be:
- Analysis of markets, sectors and companies
- Assist on sell and buyside pitches, presentations and on-going engagements
- Assist on valuation of companies
- Assist on financial modelling projects
- Other ad hoc analysis
- Weekly workload will be about 15-20 hours with flexibility during exam periods
We seek qualified and skilled people with the following qualifications:
- You are on your last year of your bachelor’s degree or have just recently started your master’s degree in finance, economics or similar
- Great academic background
- Open-minded with a positive and 'can-do' mind-set
- Professional analytical skills incl. experience with Excel and Power Point
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Danish is a prerequisite
