Assistant Project Manager

Close collaboration/liaison with the PCVP in all aspects of a project delivery.

Close collaboration with the Project Management Office, driving best practice standards, sharing of learnings and supporting building new capabilities across our portfolio.

Developing and maintaining executive-level reporting, presentations, and engaging with the communication team.

Have direct interface with senior management, both within and outside the project
-
Stakeholder management across production, project, externals, and the Novo Nordisk organisation.
-
Drive project management meetings and ensure follow-up on key deliverables.
-
Execute various ad hoc tasks for the CVP and provide sparring.
-
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, finance, business administration or similar. An advanced degree would be advantageous.
-
Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
-
Experience in a comparable role within senior management support, project management or similar.
-
The ability to effectively prepare presentations and deliver them to different groups of stakeholders.

Fluency in English, verbal and written.
