Associate Manager for Training - Aseptic Manufacturing

Then we have an exciting opportunity for you in AM (Aseptic Manufacturing) in Bagsvaerd. Join us as our new Associate Manager for Training!

The Position

You will be taking over the responsibility for the Training team, with 17 skilled and dedicated colleagues. You and your team will cooperate closely with Departments on site, but also with stakeholders in corporate training and in our sister plants in AM. Your main tasks will be to:

Lead the training team, in alignment with the values of the Novo Nordisk Way
Be responsible for training, archiving and trainee education in AM Bagsværd
Set clear and ambitious targets for short, medium and long term, and drive performance to reach these targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Secure a solid balance between running and developing the business

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you:

Have 2-4 years of experience in a function related to training or design of training solutions
Hold a degree in adult education, pedagogics, or training. Alternative you possess solid work experience in training, or adult teaching
Can set direction, engage others and prioritize according to strategic aspirations
Have excellent stakeholder management skills and a natural ability to talk to employees at all levels
Preferably have experience within pharma and GMP or related industries

We expect you to be fluent in Danish and have a good command of English.

You're an individual with a strategic mindset who inspires and motivates others to go develop further. What is more, you are keen to go the extra mile and have a continuous improvement mindset.

About the department

Site Bagsværd is part of the production network for Aseptic Manufacturing at Novo Nordisk. The local Training organization is part of Business Support – an area also responsible for projects, logistics, finance, lean, product release, inspection and warehouse. Our department is dedicated to providing the best support possible for our operations to run smoothly and efficiently.
