• Ensure compliance to the procurement guidelines and procedures.

• Manage end-to-end purchasing processes (placing orders and managing invoice flow — review and approve invoices) and follow up on orders to ensure material/service availability according to demand.

• Execute and contribute to the project procurement plan (e.g. analyze, identify and quantify potential supply constraints, make clear prioritization and coordinate actions needed to avoid/reduce the impact).

• Managing end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities and related actions.

• Participate in the continuous improvement of our department’s activities, tools, systems and processes.
  
  

• Possess a master‘s degree in, e.g. Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, Economics, Law, Supply Chain Management or similar with excellent results complemented with 3 years of relevant experience working with, e.g., procurement project management, sourcing, category management, supply chain, or business development.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders
• Are a skilled Microsoft Office user and knowledge in Coupa / SAP is a plus.
