The responsibility and success criteria are anchored in the center of the sales team, securing a strong business unit with high consistency and speed with its own budget and business plan to operate.
Responsibilities
- Planning and developing the customer experience and performance on the B2B platform
- Daily maintenance of the B2B platform to secure novelty and availability
- Create turnover goals and reporting (Net Sales & Gross Margin %)
- Onboarding of team members to the B2B and education on organization.
- Increase amount of users via strategic implementation creating value for partners.
- Sales optimization – leveraging analytics tools to provide an in-depth overview of traffic and conversion rate
- Generate content and actions together with the marketing team and plan and send out B2B newsletters on a weekly basis
- Training of the sales team and all relevant parties who are using the platform as a work tool
- Make sure product data and imagery is constantly updated
- Communicate sustainable brand values, collaborations, and international initiatives through the B2B platform
- Control visuals are aligned with the brand image
Your profile
- General experience with E-Commerce is preferred
- Experience from working with B2B platforms like Nu Order, Joor, or Shopify.
- Result and execution driven with experience in BI Reporting and analytics
- A strong communicator eager to engage with the culture within the Samsøe Samsøe sales organization
- Self-starter and structured with the ability to thrive under pressure in an entrepreneurial environment
- Persistent and independent
- Passion for apparel/clothing and customers' shopping behavior
- Both written and spoken proficiency in English is a requirement for the role
- Technical understanding and understanding of integrations
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Business Central, NAV, or other
- Skills in project management and stakeholder management are a plus
