• Collaborate with line of business to address location-specific conditions and challenges.

• Manage category fundamentals such as contracting, supplier collaboration structures, and risk assessments according to internal procedures.

• Work closely with projects focusing on new processes, technologies, and innovative sourcing methods.

• Jointly manage supplier relations, budget, risk mitigation, and price/contract negotiations to secure favourable commercial terms.

• Foster category transparency by connecting projects and ideas across various fields, including sustainability and data management.
  
  

• Master’s degree or in a relevant field, such as supply chain, business, or engineering.

• Proven experience in category management, strategic sourcing, e Procurement or similar obtained from an international organization or a consulting company.

• Strong knowledge and interest in renewable energy. An interest in the decarbonisation of thermal sources, as well as understanding the interdependencies of utility companies’ services (heat, steam and water), is an advantage.

• Interest in driving a strong sustainability agenda around renewable energy.

• Written and spoken fluency in both English and Danish. Proficiency in an additional EU language is a plus.
