QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong experience as a Change Manager making you able to adapt right away
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels
- Experience in leading change initiatives within data and analytics projects, preferably in healthcare
- Knowledge of data management, governance and data-related challenges
- Relevant educational background and certifications in change management methodologies or data-related technologies
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
- Strong English skills - both oral and written
- Very hands and proactive profile
- Communication tasks: Support article and newsletter activities to help communicate news continuously on Viva Engage, and create (some of the) content to the Data Marketplace playbook
- Stakeholder management: including stakeholder mapping and engagement tracking across Lo B engagements
- Training: including both material creation and facilitation Feedback loops: help track feedback from training sessions and newsletter
