In a Nutshell:

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our 15-month-old, rapidly growing, psychological AI startup to build B2B analytics and data products that tackle complex questions about human behaviour, and in doing so, tackle some of the most challenging issues of our time. You will be working closely and collaboratively with our CEO, Chief Data and Technology Officer, and Chief Innovation Officer.

Our focus is to use cutting edge data science and behavioural science techniques to answer complex questions about human behaviour. We work with non-profits, municipalities, strategy consultancies, and media companies to solve business and societal challenges. At our core, we’re a company founded on the premise that data can be used for societal impact, and we take on as many projects as possible aligned to that mission. As we grow and scale, we need a Chief of Staff to create structure, streamline processes, and to work across multiple business functions.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

• Create and implement an operational foundation that enables the business to scale across the UK, Netherlands, Denmark, and beyond
• Continue to develop and iterate upon that foundation to support business needs and ensure growth and scalability
• Liaise with legal support across all key markets and ensure compliance across topics such as international tax laws, FDI regulations, and data regulations
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and implement the equity strategy and implementation
• Oversee logistical support, human resources, and administrative functions across each market

Relevant Experience & Mindset:

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, or similar fields
• An Undergraduate or Masters degree in Business or related discipline
• Proven experience structuring and scaling tech startups, ideally across the EU and UK
• Highly structured and detail-oriented
• Team player with a proactive and resilient mindset
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Passion for social impact
• Fluent in Danish and English
