Clinical Pharmacology Senior Specialist, Experimental Medicine

Your new role

You will be part of an organisation responsible for translating pre-clinical research into early clinical development strategies. We design clinical trials to generate data that support the global development of both small molecules and biologics. The work in the project teams is highly cross-functional with many interactions with colleagues across the entire R&D value chain.

Your future team

The Clinical Pharmacology department is part of Experimental Medicine and Global Clinical Development at Lundbeck. You will join a team of 13 people and we are known for our collaborative mindset, both within the department and in our daily work in the matrix project teams. The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

What you bring to the team

Ideally, you have an academic degree in e.g., medicine, pharmacology, human biology, or pharmacy with a Ph D level of education. Furthermore, you bring the following skills:

• Experience with clinical pharmacology from either academia or industry
• Experience in developing and executing strategies for early clinical development, including designing clinical pharmacology trials in collaboration with cross-functional study teams and external collaborators
• Ability to provide clinical pharmacology expertise to all clinical development phases
• Collaborative mindset and skilled in interpersonal interactions and stakeholder management
• Scientifically minded, curios and with an innovative mindset
• Proficient in spoken and written English
