The position
As Clinical Trial Administrator you will be an essential member of the trial management team providing administrative support on the clinical trials in all relevant aspects of preparation, conduct, documentation and archiving.
Your main tasks will be:
- Establish and maintain Trial Master Files in accordance with standard operational procedures (SOPs), including uploading and updating of information, indexing and Quality Control of trial documents in our different IT Clinical systems
- Assisting in updating clinical documents such as protocol and protocol amendments as well as preparation of monitoring guidelines, laboratory manuals and patient enrolment updates
- Various administrative and ad hoc tasks such as meeting planning, trial budgets and outsourcing processes
You will be collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders worldwide.
For the right candidate this position can possibly be upgraded to a senior position.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Have broad administrative experience from supportive roles during your career, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Have a flair for using IT systems and are highly skilled within MS Office, including Excel and Teams
- It will be an advantage if you have knowledge of ICH-GCP and Trial Master File systems
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
As a person you are a strong team player, can work independently and is well structured with a sense for detail while remaining a good overview. You have a passion for administrative and coordinating tasks. You thrive in handling documents and are eager to collaborate with stakeholders across professions, geography, and cultures. It is important that you can manage deadlines and can work with multiple and frequently changing priorities.
About the area
In our project area we cover the entire spectrum of clinical development activities within Obesity, Liver Disease and Devices from early phase 1 trials to large phase 3a programs and phase 3b/4 life cycle management activities on our marketed products.
In Clinical Operations we are responsible for the set-up and execution of phase 1-4 clinical trials within the area. Our environment is characterised by a vast global network and collaboration, knowledge sharing, talented colleagues, and challenging assignments in a dynamic project centric organisation.
