Your background:

Proven experience in Controlling, Accounting and Finance.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards rules.
SAP and BW experience (FI / CO /AA modules).
Pro-active and willing to learn, develop and contribute to the team.

Activités

As the Corporate Controller you will have an overall responsibility of participating in the monthly/Quarterly/yearly TEPDK closure, performing accruals, reposting, allocations, depreciations, stock adjustments and customer invoices. You will be the SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) Control responsible; responsible for performing, evidencing and documenting all assigned SOX controls required to achieve SOX compliance. The core of your role will be overseeing and controlling the activities of the decentralized accounting team, which is part of Total Energies Global Financial Services.

In essence you can look forward to:

Reviewing balance sheet for the group companies Ledgers.
Checking and controlling for the posting & clearing of Oil & GAS Invoice.
Overseeing Asset Accounting (Monthly capitalizing of costs, updating asset table, updating Depreciation key rates, monthly depreciation).
Supporting Shared Service Center Team (SSC) in different areas of posting and queries.
Contributing to control tasks for company closing calendar to identify any potential mistakes - Implementing potential corrective actions.
Applying Group procedures and best practices in accounting tools.
Identifying possibilities for SAP process improvements.
Participating in external audits, financial or cost recovery.
Ad hoc support to other team members and team leader.
