We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to take responsibility over the Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway). This position is based in our Sales office in Karlslunde.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Being the point of contact for external customers and internal departments, delivering exceptionally fast and reliable communication and order follow-up.
Answering all incoming calls, place orders in the ERP system, prepare quotations, plan shipments, and handle complaints flawlessly.
Advising our customers on the product range and open orders via telephone and e-mail.
To provide administrative support to our ambitious sales force in Scandinavia.
Offer first-line technical support.
Undertake any other responsibilities or tasks that are within your skills and abilities

Who You Are:
A caring and responsible individual with a proactive approach. A standout colleague who thrives in our small team and excels at managing multiple tasks, always putting the customer first.
For This Role, You Will Need:

Proven experience in a customer-focused and international Customer Service team.
Accurate, strong organizing skills.
Analytical skills with strong Excel experience.
Proficiency in Danish and English.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

A technical interest would be an advantage but is not required.
Knowledge of any ERP and/or CRM system.
