Customer Success Manager – Aviation EMEA

Envirosuite is a long established, but still growing organisation in the airport and aviation sector, with solutions to manage environmental impact, monitor airspace operations and to enhance relationships with their communities and stakeholders. Envirosuite’s solutions and products are used by over 150 airports around the world.
The role of Customer Success Manager is critical to driving growth in the market and helping our customers get maximum value from their solutions. As the key interface between the customer and Envirosuite, the Aviation Customer Success Manager will have real world aviation or airport operations experience and be able to tailor their advice to a defined set of customer accounts.



ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A successful candidate will have experience and a proven track record in understanding, developing and delivering environmental solutions for the aviation sector in EMEA. This role will assume overall responsibility and accountability for delivering against recurring revenue targets and service level targets within the sector across EMEA with the main focusing being our German clientele. The successful candidate will need to speak fluent German.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build strong, long term relationships with assigned aviation customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Develop and deliver proactive strategies with assigned customer accounts to ensure they are effectively leveraging and finding value in our solution and services
  • Provide aviation or airport domain expertise and subject matter experience to support the sales team in the design of Envirosuite solutions for customer opportunities.
  • Support the solution implementation for opportunities that have been accepted to ensure good product solution fit.
  • Work with Aviation Sales to ensure high client satisfaction is delivered to clients within the region.
  • Become an expert in solution design and educate customers on the use and benefits of our software platform for their applications.
  • Generate quotations for small upsell opportunities and renewals and submit them through Envirosuite approval process (where necessary)
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Finance and other technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues
  • Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development
  • Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth
  • Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our customer success.
  • Ability to understand, contribute and articulate technical solutions to prospects.


QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE

  • 2+ years’ experience within the aviation or airport sector.
  • Excellent understanding of airport operations with particular focus on airspace management, community complaint handling or noise abatement.
  • Experience in data analysis tools, Excel, Power BI
  • Ability to communicate product value and technical information in a clear and understandable manner to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Responsive, friendly, and thoughtful in communications; effective in communicating ideas and information, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills in prioritizing and planning workloads to meet strict deadlines.
  • Extremely comfortable presenting on the phone, web meeting, and in person
  • Can work autonomously, is self-motivated and is a team player.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking and being able to follow processes.
  • Intellectual curiosity


Candidates must be multi lingual – C2 English, B2 German.
