At Hobbii, the happiest place on earth for yarn lovers, we're on the hunt for a Dutch-speaking Customer Success Hero! We like to think we have the nicest customers in the world. Bold statement, right? But how about experiencing it for yourself?
We're looking for a new member to join our vibrant and international Customer Success team. Alongside 40 dedicated and helpful colleagues, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers. We're after a happy, smiling, and outgoing individual who, most importantly, loves being in contact with customers

What to expect when you join

Whether you’re new to Customer Success or have some experience under your belt, our team will make sure you’re properly onboarded. You’ll quickly pick up our playful tone of voice (both with customers and internally) and get familiar with our systems and platforms.

What’s the job about?

As a Customer Success Hero at Hobbii, you’ll be looking after our lovely customers via phone, email, and social media. You’ll play a key role in delivering the best customer service possible. With your charm and dedication, you’ll assist our Dutch-speaking customers with everything from shipping details and product specifics to general questions about yarn, patterns, and more.

Feel successful when a customer thanks you for the great service and honest advice you’ve given

Psst... We expect that you can say yes to both:

Fluency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
A Danish work permit

The practical stuff

You’ll be based at our vibrant HQ on Dortheavej, Copenhagen, where we offer brekkie, a delicious lunch, themed Friday bars, and damn good coffee . We’re also flexible with remote working .We’d love for you to join us by November and stay until March 2025, as this is a time-limited position. It’s a full-time role, but if you can work at least 15 hours a week, let’s chat about what’s possible!
