CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT - DBA and Bilbasen

You? A passionate and service-minded professional fluent in both Danish and English, ready to deliver top-class customer support.
Role? Customer Support Agent to ensure fast, competent solutions for customer inquiries, playing a key role in optimizing the customer experience across our platforms, DBA and Bilbasen.
Location? Join our dedicated team in Højbjerg, Aarhus, with the option to work hybrid and collaborate across our Nordic offices.

WHO ARE YOU?
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role where you’ve provided fast, competent solutions to customer inquiries.
  • A natural ability to troubleshoot technical issues, describe them clearly, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our platforms.
  • You’re solution-oriented, with a sharp eye for detail, and you thrive in dynamic environments with multiple tasks at hand.
  • Fluent in Danish and English, ensuring flawless communication with our Danish users while collaborating with internal international teams.
  • Experience with Zendesk, our primary customer service platform, or similar systems is a plus. Knowledge of chatbots and AI tools is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • As a person, you are a curious, committed team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues, both locally and across our Nordic offices, contributing to a positive work environment. You face challenges with self-leadership and a learning mindset to stay afloat and thrive in changing scenarios.
WHAT'S THE JOB LIKE?
As a Customer Support Agent for DBA and Bilbasen, you are at the heart of delivering excellent customer service. Your primary responsibility is responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, focusing on providing fast and efficient solutions that ensure a great customer experience.

You troubleshoot technical issues and describe them clearly, ensuring our users feel supported and valued. Every day, you actively contribute ideas for improving both DBA and Bilbasen, working closely with your team of five full-time colleagues and 12 students. Your work extends beyond routine tasks as you help identify opportunities to optimize customer experiences on our platforms.
Collaboration is key in this role. You regularly work with colleagues from Denmark, as well as teams across Norway, Sweden, and Finland, ensuring consistency in our support processes. You’ll also play a role in regular meetings to align on feedback and goals, while ensuring messaging and technical solutions are aligned across borders.
