Join Bang & Olufsen as a Data Analyst, Value Engineering, and play a key role in driving the future of our product maintenance and cost optimization efforts.

As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the newly established Value Engineering Team and work closely with key stakeholders. Your focus will be on setting up the necessary data infrastructure, providing valuable insights, and visualizing progress to drive strategic decisions within the Value Engineering program.

This role is foundational to the success of the program, helping identify gaps, monitor supplier data, and establish a system to support new product introductions (NPI) and value optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and investigate data from internal and external sources to identify optimization opportunities.

Build and maintain business cases based on data insights, supporting the Value Engineering program.

Set up and maintain key metrics infrastructure to monitor savings and progress for steering meetings and strategic follow-up.

Create decision-support tools to help guide value and cost decisions in new product introductions (NPI).

Visualize data clearly to enable communication across all levels of the organization.

Work closely with the Value Engineering team and stakeholders, including finance, procurement, supply chain and steering committees.

What You Bring
We are looking for a self-driven, holistic professional with a strong foundation in data analytics and business understanding. Your educational background could be in engineering, business, supply chain, finance, or a related field.

Moreover, you bring:
Proven track record in data analysis, cost optimization, or value engineering, with expertise in tools like SAP, CRM, Power BI, and Excel.

Strong ability to analyze, process, and visualize data into actionable insights.

Capability to zoom out, identify gaps, and build structured systems that align with broader organizational goals.

Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from shop floor to C-suite, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Understanding of engineering, supply chain, finance, or production processes.

A lean-forward, proactive approach to new challenges.
