As the Program Manager for Value Engineering, you will be the single point of contact for the entire program, ensuring an aligned approach and successful execution from start to finish. Your responsibilities will span managing selected projects, quantifying opportunities, and reporting progress to key stakeholders within the organization.

You will work closely with the Head of Advanced Manufacturing and other senior leaders, as well as cross-functional teams, to realize the value of engineering opportunities that drive substantial results for Bang & Olufsen.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Bang & Olufsen’s value engineering program from start to finish, ensuring its integration across all functions.
• Quantify opportunities and convert them into actionable roadmaps and projects/tasks.
• Manage selected projects within the value engineering program, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
• Provide regular reporting on plan, progress, and savings/earnings to the steering committee.
• Establish and lead cross-functional teams to execute projects and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and maintain an opportunity map across the organization to identify and prioritize areas for optimization.
• Deliver project savings/earnings derived from the roadmap, contributing to overall efficiency and profitability.

What You Bring
We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager with strong experience in value engineering, cost optimization, and program management. Additionally, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a project or program manager in a larger global organization, with a focus on value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
• Expertise in managing complex projects, including budget management, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders (e.g., C-level executives, procurement management, finance representatives).
• A track record of delivering measurable results in operational efficiency, optimization, and process improvement.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization, from shop floor to C-suite.
• Self-driven with an ability to motivate teams and lead initiatives to successful completion.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Location: Struer or Lyngby, Denmark (with frequent attendance at the other location, bi-weekly)
Travel: 20-30 days a year abroad
