At Bang & Olufsen, we are at a pivotal moment in our strategic transformation. We are looking for a Strategy Manager to play a key role in shaping our future as we execute an ambitious mid-term investment and growth plan. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives across multiple functions and geographies, making a tangible impact on the business and its global stakeholders.

As a key member of our Strategy & Investor Relations team, you will help drive key cross-functional projects, foster collaboration across departments, and work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with our long-term strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

Strategic Execution: Orchestrate the execution of our strategic acceleration program, ensuring that projects are prioritized and aligned with Bang & Olufsen's overarching strategy.
KPI Management: Manage a robust KPI framework to track the progress of strategic initiatives, delivering clear and actionable insights to the global leadership team and board.
Transformation & Change Management: Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring the adoption of continuous improvement mindset across the organization.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on strategy, performance, and project progress.
Cross-Functional Projects: Facilitate the progress of complex, interdependent initiatives across the organization, enhancing collaboration and ensuring smooth execution.

What you bring
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong track record in executing complex, high-impact projects.

Moreover, you should have:
Experience: min. 5-7 years in strategy development, corporate planning, or management consulting.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in consumer-oriented industries is considered a plus (luxury, consumer electronics and/or retail.)
Project Management & Strategy: A solid “toolbox” in strategy planning, project management, and problem-solving, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and guide teams toward strategic goals.
Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and motivate teams to deliver on high-priority initiatives.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use both qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform decision-making.
Education: A master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field.
