DE'LONGHI - NORDIC KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Responsibilities
Are you a data-driven and ambitious Nordic Key Account Manager within consumer electronics? Do you want to work in an exciting and fast pacing working environment with a strong team? About the role:
As KAM within De’longhi you will have full responsibility for the P&L of the given business. You will be responsible for the market growth (from market data) for several prioritized customers. You use your analytical mind and strong quantitative data skills to grow the business. This position is permanent employment with amazing opportunities to grow and develop your skills. You will report to the Sales Director Nordics. The position is based in Denmark, Horsens and you shall be able to work from here on a weekly basis.

Areas of responsibility.
  • You will activate and follow the execution of the “Go to Market” model:
  • Pricing, positioning, channel management
  • Coordination of retail activities on a given portfolio
  • Coordination and control of the 12-month rolling forecast
  • You will conduct the negotiations with the main Key Retailers, you will be able to offer quotations
  • In coordination with the local Marketing dept, you will be fully responsible to agree and organize together with the customers all the co-marketing investments
Job Profile
Competences and experiences:
To thrive and succeed in the role you must possess excellent data-analysis skills and be a strong relationship builder. You have an entrepreneurial spirit with an active and accurate behavior. You work in a well-organized and structured way with the ability to set up correct strategies for your customers.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG or marketing-driven companies
  • Experiment in GFK market analysis
  • Very good marketing and commercial understanding of the Retail Environment
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and results-orientated, yet a good team-player
  • Willing to travel within the Nordic region and occasionally for international meetings in Europe
  • Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language is a must
