About the job
We are now looking for a motivated talent to take ownership and drive the agenda for digital campaigns in the Fiber Business Unit within Commercial & Partners.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play an important role in orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver our Digital campaign strategy, media spending optimization and digital roadmap, thus being conjunction between the commercial team and the end-customers for TDC NET. With this, you will be driving change and contribute to the development of fiber, our main future revenue stream.
The position reports to Head Fiber Business Unit Director and will work directly with senior members of the TDC NET organization e.g., CCO, VP of Commercial Steering, Sales Director, etc. Primary responsibilities include:

Defining digital roadmap, objectives and targets together with team
Keeping track of digital budget
Briefing media agency on both campaign, segments and tagging
Briefing website manager to align landing pages and A/B-tests
Briefing creatives for campaigns
Reporting customer journeys, targets and results
Owning and optimising the digital costumer journeys
Optimising relevant channels (e.g., tdcnet.dk and digital ads)
Dialogue and collaboration with service provider’s digital departments
Managing relevant projects ensuring stakeholder management and buy-ins

We are an international team of 10 motivated people responsible for steering the agenda for out fiber technology with a great willingness of having an impact.
You will be joining a professional team where collaboration is our key for success indeed, we are formed by individuals with different backgrounds and skills going from product management to commercial to marketing automation.

About you
With a relevant Master’s degree within e.g. Business, Marketing, Digital, Economics, Natural Sciences or Engineering (or from other field with relevant subsequent experience) with great results

Experience in a digital marketing role
Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights from it
Must have experience with these tools: Google Analytics, A/B testing software, Paid social (preferably Meta), MS Office Power Point, Excel and Word
English and Danish at negotiation level is a prerequisite
Extensive “consultancy toolbox” experience, especially within Power Point skills of transforming complex information to simple and understandable slides
Great interpersonal skills and able to navigate in a large stakeholder landscape
