• Assess key trends and insights in the evolving digital health space and key healthcare ecosystems.
• Plan, organise, and control resources and processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
• Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across therapy areas and geographies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage multiple, interrelated projects, including business transformation projects.
• Advise on scope changes, quality assurance, and other technical aspects of the project.

• A strong background in strategy development and project management.
• General business knowledge to plan, organise, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a business process.
• Ability to work in a matrix structure across multiple functions and stakeholder groups
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation and change.
• Experience in managing multiple, interrelated projects, including business transformation projects.
