We are looking for someone who can provide technical assistance for claim handling. You will be part of our claim handling team, but you will also have to work independently.
You will play an important role in:
You will be involved in technical/financial handling of claim cases, i.e.

Follow up on engines under warranty including entering internal costs into accounts in collaboration with controlling.
Evaluate technical claim information, we use ARAS / Quark, and our financial system is SAP.
Financial assessments and clarification of design related cases
Meetings with licensees, negotiations on responsibility and costs
Closing financial cases including invoicing

A typical day would consist of interaction with service engineers, licensees, project managers and controlling.
We imagine:
That you have some of the following qualifications:

Mechanical Engineer, Marine Engineer, or similar background
Well versed in Low Speed 2 and 4-stroke products.
Experienced with claim handling.
Good networking capabilities.
Persistent and communicative.
Able to operate under pressure even if things do not happen according to plan.
