The primary goal is to lead our field service transformation and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is achieved by ensuring service satisfaction through deploying Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and/or service providers with the appropriate skills and attitude at the right place and cost.
Key Tasks:
- Secure a strong QHSE culture within the Field Service organization
- P&L responsibility for DK & NO
- Planning training and development to maintain essential competencies
- Providing technical support to FSEs in their work
- Ensuring high resource utilization throughout the year
- Conducting annual performance development discussions
You likely have at least 5 years of relevant experience in fields such as the marine business, process industry, or a similar area. You have a few years of experience as a people manager, ideally with a background in working with employees across different locations or countries. Proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language and English is required.
