A training solution that makes a difference
Join our journey as we scale up our Sita Ware Aspire in-app training platform to provide realistic learning seances that will change the experience for thousands of soldiers worldwide. You will be part of our rapidly growing Defence business unit and join our Defence Service Products. The team is comprised of almost 20 ambitious and highly skilled women and men in roles such as Software Architect, Developer, Instructional Designer, Product Manager, etc., in Aarhus, Denmark and Bucharest, Romania. You will join the team working in Aarhus. In cooperation with this committed and highly skilled group of engineers and developers, you will accelerate the development and implementation of our new and innovative training solution, Sita Ware Aspire. Having responsibility and paving the way for new initiatives
As our new colleague, your primary responsibility will be leading feature development. In addition to that, some of your key tasks will be to:

Drive design, discuss and implement solutions for new features,
Ensure code review and inspection,
Be a role model when it comes to coding, facilitation and conducting scrum,
Participate in knowledge sharing and sparring with other developers,
Conduct technical assessments of new candidates for employment.

Moreover, we are looking into the development of new products. Here, you can be part of designing features and guiding your colleagues in the process of starting up such new products.

Experienced full-stack Engineer with an eye for improvements
We are looking for a colleague with a theoretical foundation from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or something similar, and a professional background with at least five years of experience in a similar role in a software company. Our new colleague must have a solid technical foundation and competencies within Java and/or Angular, HTML, and Typescript. It is a benefit if you have experience with security, scripting and automatization.

As mentioned, we are looking into developing new products, so if you have prior experience in product development from A-Z, it is definitely a benefit but not a requirement.

Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
