Unlock your potential with WS Audiology’s 2025 Graduate Program
The WSA Graduate Program is a transformative 24-month program designed to cultivate your talents through three dynamic cross-functional rotations and are positioned at our Danish headquarters in Lynge, Denmark out of which one of the rotations will be abroad.

Through the cross-functional rotations, we help you grow and develop a toolbox tailored to ensure your success in a job role after the program. You will explore diverse facets of our business by having a rotation in three of the following functions:
1.Corporate Strategy
Work on strategic topics together with the Executive Committee and other senior leaders. Conduct relevant analyses, prepare decision-making material for leadership and helping drive essential projects within WSA.

2. EMEA Commercial Development
Support the affiliates, the EMEA region and the regional team with strategic & commercial projects to deliver on several region specific workstreams (i.e., sales, customer segmentation, and in general the adoption of global processes and tools).

3. Global Marketing
Become part of the exciting assignments related to everything from developing our most impactful brands to ensuring commercial excellence across the whole process and converting data into actionable insights.
4. Corporate Finance
Be at the center of data driven decisions by developing and presenting impactful analyses to senior stakeholders by telling the story behind the numbers.

To be a WSA graduate

You might be set to graduate your master’s soon, or have graduated, holding a recent master’s degree from 2024 in international business, marketing, finance, economics, business economics, or a related field.
But that’s not all; here’s what we expect from you:

• • Curious, enthusiastic, and purpose driven.
  • Thrive in a diverse, global environment.
  • Achieved excellent results in studies and work experience.
  • Internships or relevant student assistant experience is a bonus.
  • Ready to start on September 1, 2025.
