The role

This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth with a broad range of responsibilities and the opportunity to make an immediate impact in a strong international team of 8 treasury professionals based in Lynge, Denmark and Singapore.
Reporting to the Vice President, Head of Group Treasury, Insurance & Investor Relations, you will collaborate with talented financial experts across our global locations. You will be involved in exciting and meaningful projects, including refinancing, managing financial risks, optimizing liquidity and driving cash management initatives.
From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our treasury operations and make a tangible impact on the company’s success.
Your main responsibilities include:

• Manage and Optimize Group Liquidity: Ensure optimal cash flow and liquidity across currencies, locations, and business needs – making sure we have the right amount of cash in the right places
• Shape Our Capital Structure: Help plan and manage a debt portfolio exceeding €3.3 billion, collaborating closely with senior management, owners and external stakeholders such as rating agencies, banks and legal advisors
• Financial Risk Management: Manage currency and interest rate risks across our global operations
• Contribute to Strategic Projects: Play a key role in group structure optimization
• Global Banking Strategy: Help shape our banking relationships and infrastructure, including cash pooling, KYC and credit facilities
• Subsidiary and Investment Support: Offer capital structure guidance, internal loans, and equity injections to our subsidiaries and investments
• Treasury Reporting & Investor Relations: Prepare insightful reports and presentation materials for ourmanagement, investors, and rating agencies
• Lead Key Projects: Take ownership of important projects that influence our global financial landscape
  

Your Profile

You have an MSc in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. You might have just completed your master’s and are ready for a new role, or you bring 1-3 years of experience working with corporate finance topics.
Additionally, you may bring the following strengths to the role:

• Enjoy diving deep into numbers, translating financial data into actionable insights
• Strong communication skills. Can explain complex financial content and business drivers in a clear, concise way to different audiences
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at managing relationships both internally and externally
