Unlock your potential with WS Audiology’s 2025 Graduate Program
The WSA Graduate Program is a 24-month transformative program designed to cultivate your talents through three dynamic cross-functional rotations and are positioned at Danish headquarters in Lynge, Denmark out of which one of the rotations will be abroad.

The Integrated Supply Chain organization focuses on purchasing materials, manufacturing products, and delivering reliable end-to-end services to customers through collaboration across the global organization.
Through the cross-functional rotations, we help you grow and develop a toolbox tailored to ensure your success in a job role after the program. As part of the Integrated Supply Chain Track, you will explore diverse facets of our business by having rotations in the three following functions:

Integrated Supply Chain HQ
Gain in-depth understanding of the integrated business planning processes at WSA, where you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of our diverse product portfolio.

Corporate Finance or Global Marketing
Leverage your insights from business planning to make a significant impact in e.g., Finance, by focusing on the financial implications of strategic planning or in Marketing, by applying your knowledge to drive informed decisions in product lifecycle management.

Procurement
Engage in procurement analytics with a keen focus on suppliers and commodity categories. You’ll learn how to analyze data to inform procurement decisions, ultimately improving execution and ensuring we secure the best value and quality for the organization while fostering strong supplier relationships.

To be a WSA graduate

You might be set to graduate your master’s soon, or have graduated, holding a recent master’s degree from 2024 or 2025 in Supply Chain Management, Operational Management, Logistics Management, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
But that’s not all; here’s what we expect from you:

Curious, enthusiastic, and purpose driven.
Thrive in a diverse, global environment.
Achieved excellent results in studies and work experience.
Internships or relevant student assistant experience is a bonus.
Ready to start on September 1, 2025.
