Responsibilities
- Responsible for regional support for Europe and US to global sourcing responsible related to the areas of Carbon, Core Materials and Chemicals
- Supplier Account Manager (SAM) responsibility for defined suppliers in the EU and AME - establish and promote partnerships with selected suppliers
- Support, defining and implementing the commodity strategies within Carbon, Core and Chemicals
- Conduct supplier negotiations and contract implementation
- Responsible for selection, qualification, negotiation and contracting plus implementing projects with new, as well as existing suppliers in collaboration with the global responsible SR
- Implementation of New Product Introduction within Core, Chemicals and Carbon, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders such as VPS (R&D), Logistics,
- Supplier Quality, etc
Qualifications
- The qualified candidate can be a newly graduate with a degree in either Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Engineering or hold a solid work experience within Procurement.
- Professional communication skills including fluent English skills are required (both orally and in writing)
- Advanced skills within PPT, Excel & Word is needed
- SAP Experience is welcomed
