Core Responsibilities

Assist in driving global shopper campaigns by working closely with the shopper specialist team within the agency.

Coordinate with a broad network of partners across the agency, global marketing, and market groups to align global campaign strategies with regional needs.

Contribute to the ongoing development of global shopper toolkit assets, ensuring they are optimized for various channels and retailers, with a focus on the shopper experience.

Stay informed on industry trends and shopper behavior to keep the LEGO Group’s shopper activations both innovative and effective.

Provide support and guidance to agency colleagues, helping them understand and implement best practices in creative commerce.

In Our LEGO Agency, we are approximately 400 employees globally, dedicated to developing communication that excites and engages our target audiences, children and adults alike, across the world.As an Associate Global Communication Partner, you'll collaborate closely with skilled Shopper specialists in the agency, driving key projects alongside senior colleagues to translate shopper needs into effective communication strategies, concepts, and toolboxes. In this central role, you'll be at the forefront of scaling our creative efforts with a strong focus on commerce, enhancing our capabilities to meet the demands of an evolving retail landscape while managing crucial relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside the agency!
Do you have what it takes?

3+ years of experience in trade/shopper/retail marketing or agency roles, focused on shopper communication (social, e-commerce, in-store)

Communication professional with a strong collaborative approach
-
Proven track record to drive processes in a complex organization through informal leadership and effective collaboration
-
Creative problem solver, able to challenge the status quo with innovative ideas that resonate with shopper audiences
-
Ambitious and driven, with a strong eagerness to learn
-
Ability to build, foster, and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional teams
-
Strong process management skills to support project delivery with key partners
