HR Operations Specialist

Join us in this role where you’ll be one of our domain experts within employee life cycle administration. Working with our HR processes, you’ll handle tasks related to the hire-to-retire (H2R) life cycle, e.g. contracts, promotions, immigration processes, and offboarding, etc. Your key role will be to provide top-of-class people services to enable a great people leader and employee experience and a strong business impact.

You’ll be part of our HR Operations team in Denmark where you, together with your 11 colleagues, will be the backbone of our HR function supporting our Danish workforce of around 4,300 employees. We handle contracts, promotions, demotions, immigration processes, off-boarding, etc. As a team we collaborate, embrace learning opportunities, share talent, and support development. You’ll get a thorough onboarding, a buddy, and all the support you need.

You’ll play an important role in:
  • ensuring high-quality employee administration, e.g. employment contracts and addenda, promotions, and offboarding in close collaboration with your HR colleagues across the organisation
  • supporting HR business partners and managers in contract-related matters
  • providing HR Operations advice to the wider team
  • supporting projects and new initiatives.
To succeed in the role, you:
  • have an understanding of the H2R life cycle and experience with HR support such as contracts, promotions, offboarding, immigration processes, etc.
  • have an understanding and knowledge of the Danish labour law and collective agreements
  • are curious and have a proactive, structured, and analytical approach to your work
  • speak and write Danish and English fluently
  • most important is that you have the right mindset and are motivated to learn.
