About the Job
As the Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing our upholstery production processes. You will work closely with international and Danish colleagues to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

• Data & Analytics Support: Provide comprehensive data and analytics support for upholstery production operations in Poland and Lithuania.
  
• Report Development: Develop and maintain reports and analytics across the production value chain, covering areas such as inventory management, production efficiency, quality management, and SKU/assortment control.
  
• Improvement Projects: Support the implementation of improvement projects in factories, including Lean initiatives, time studies, and inventory control.
  

• Data Models: Assist in the development and implementation of new data models and business intelligence concerning inventory, purchasing, production, and quality.
  

• Insights Generation: Generate insights to identify areas for improvement and make actionable recommendations.
  

• KPI Development: Support in the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for production operations.
  

• Collaboration: Work closely with both international and Danish colleagues to enable data-driven decision-making and optimize production processes.
  

Who Are You?
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and a passion for building experience within data analytics and production optimization. You are a proactive and motivated individual with a structured approach to problem-solving and a high drive to achieve results.

• Problem-Solver: Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
  

• Language Skills: Proficiency in oral and written English.

• Ready to travel: 20-30 travel days per year to production facilities in Poland and Lithuania
