• Develop and Implement Policies:
  • Develop and implement access governance policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Document access governance processes, policies, and procedures for reference and compliance purposes

• Design and Govern IAM Solutions:
  • Design, support implementation, and govern IAM solutions and controls, including role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged user access control
  • Continuously assess and improve access management processes to enhance security, efficiency, and user experience

• Access Reviews and Audits:
  • Conduct regular user access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Support regular audits and reviews of access controls to identify and mitigate risks
  • Generate and maintain reports on access control activities, compliance status, and audit findings

• Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on access control metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify and mitigate access-related risks through regular assessments and stakeholder feedback

• Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to understand access requirements and ensure appropriate access levels
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on access governance matters
  • Be part of projects and initiatives to improve the overall access governance program

• Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess risks related to identity and access management
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to protect sensitive information and systems

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in identity and access management, preferably in a financial services environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001,CIGE,CIAM, CISA) are a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Relevant certifications in identity management or related fields
• Experience with identity management solutions and tools
