Your role

Are you a motivated self-starter? Are you at your best when supporting others? We’re looking for someone to:

assist with the daily operation (misc. administrative and functional tasks)
book and prepare client meetings
assist with client proposals (market data analysis, presentations, etc.)
organize and send various reports to clients
assist with admin tasks when onboarding new clients
communicate with our colleagues in Frankfurt (booking centre)

You should expect to work with us 15-20 hours per week.
Working days and hours will in general be agreed upon in advance, but we are flexible in terms of your studies and exam periods.

Your team

You'll be working in the Wealth Management team in Copenhagen. UBS in Denmark opened in 2014 and is a branch of UBS Europe SE. The branch is providing Wealth Management services and products to client’s resident in Denmark, including private individuals, companies and foundations – the office has 7 employees. Your expertise

We are looking for a CBS student (Bachelor/Master) with strong ambitions to work within Wealth Management and who:

has a profound interest in the investment universe
has a very good numerical understanding and digital proficiency
is structured and good at working independently
is service-minded and flexible, and with a positive attitude
has a high drive and energy level
is proactive
is fluent in spoken and written Danish and English. Other languages are considered as an advantage.
